1. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for the MM BRANDS Affiliate Program, you (“Affiliate”) agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not participate in the program.

2. Eligibility

To participate in the MM BRANDS Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent.
• Own an active social media account or website.
• Not engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

MM BRANDS reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote MM BRANDS products through your unique affiliate link and/or personalized discount code.
• Create authentic content that aligns with the brand’s values.
• Avoid misleading, false, or exaggerated claims about MM BRANDS products.
• Not use spam, paid advertising on unauthorized platforms, or any form of black-hat marketing tactics.

4. Commissions & Payments

• Affiliates earn a 10% commission on each successful sale made using their affiliate link or discount code.
• This commission can increase based on performance, depending on the volume of sales an affiliate generates. Any increase in commission rate will be discussed and agreed upon individually between MM BRANDS and the affiliate.
• Payments are made bi-monthly (on the 1st and 15th of each month) via bank transfer or another agreed-upon payment method.
• Sales that are refunded, canceled, or found fraudulent will not be eligible for commission.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Guidelines

• Affiliates may only use approved brand assets (logos, images, product descriptions, etc.) provided by MM BRANDS.
• Any unauthorized use of MM BRANDS trademarks, copyrighted material, or branding is strictly prohibited.
• MM BRANDS retains the right to request removal of any content that does not meet brand guidelines.
• MM BRANDS retains the right to use content which was created with their products on their social media accounts, advertisement videos/photos and other promotional purposes.

6. Termination & Modifications

• Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• MM BRANDS reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes. Continued participation after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

• MM BRANDS is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in the Affiliate Program.
• The affiliate is responsible for any taxes, legal compliance, or liabilities related to their earnings.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Netherlands jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the Affiliate Program will be settled in the applicable courts of this jurisdiction.
